Every Wednesday night we have Ultra International meetings, where we can bring someone who might be interested in the product, business, or just show up solo. Are You Trying To Quit Smoking?

Like I have stated in my previous post, I have been smoking for a long time. I would love to quit, but it is easier said than done.
What I have done is smoke a half of a cigarette, then come back later and smoke the rest of it. That has cut my smoking in half, and has cut the cost in half too. Lets face it with all the stupid taxes that are going around now, it costs a lot to smoke.

There are ingredients in the Mind Drink that help me with the cravings. I take 2 oz. in the morning, and then 2 oz. again in the mid-afternoon. I have been able to cut my habit in half doing this. I will be smoke free soon, and I cant wait till the day comes! I have posted my YouTube video here which is pretty cool.

My name is Toby Mayfield I have written a couple Blogs now about a company that I recently joined – Ultra International.

I thought that I would write a recent Bio about myself.

I grew up playing sports, I loved all sports from Football to Golf. After 8th grade I was introduced to golf by some friends of mine. Since that time I could never put a golf club down. I was in the golf industry for about 11 years, and have done it all in the golf business. About 2 years ago I started experiencing major pain in my back after playing a round of golf. I didnt think much of it at the time because I thought it was just a pulled muscle. Needless to say I stayed of the course for a week or so, and then I started getting bad leg pain (bad cramping / aching.) I was never one to go to the Doctor, so I used alcohol to get rid of the pain. This went on for a while until I was introduced to pain medication. So for about a year I was drinking and taking pain medication to block the back pain and leg pain.

I couldnt take it anymore! I knew what I was doing was bad for my body so I decided to finally go to the Doctor and have him check my out. After a bunch of Cordizone shots, MRI, Disco-Grams, I decided to go ahead and have surgery in January of this year (2009). To this day I am still experiencing some leg back and leg pain, but not nearly as bad as it was. The good news is that the Doctor said that it can take up to 1 year to be completely healed.

Going through this experience has led me to the company that I am with now. Now that I have been on there products for about 5 months now I can proudly say that I do not drink anymore, I am almost off pain medication, I have cut the amount of cigarettes I smoke in half, and I do not drink caffeine but maybe a couple times a week. (I used to drink A LOT of coffee and soda) When I first started with this company I was drinking the Mind Drink and the Body shake, and I was at 168 lbs. After being on the product for a little less than 2 months I noticed that my weight had dropped 18 lbs. to 160 lbs. I knew the ingredients of both the Mind Drink and the Body shake, but what I didnt know was how powerful the Body shake was. That was the reason why I was loosing all that weight. So I had to cut down on the intake of the Body shake because I didnt want to lose weight.

Now… I am not saying that the products from Ultra International works miracles, I believe that our bodies are the miracle, and the products from Ultra assist the human body.

For me personaly, these productshave changed my life. I have the energy to do more of the things that I want to do, and I feel better about myself.
